I ate two pounds of bacon in honor of International Bacon Day! MMmmm.
ReplyDeleteI read the about International Bacon Day soon after getting up so I was inspired to make a run to Wegmans and pick up some thick cut, applewood smoked, bacon. Oh baby that's some damned fine pig parts. Best thing this side of brazed pork belly... mmm, pork belly...
